Job Summary
Provide case management and crisis intervention for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, demonstrating high-level crisis intervention skills across a wide range of case difficulties. Assist Program Director with compiling monthly statistical data, facilitate support groups, and deliver criminal justice outreach and advocacy to shelter clients. Attend required staff and community meetings, conduct training and presentations, and collaborate with volunteers and agency staff. Maintain a dynamic self-care plan and abide by all agency policies while performing other program-related duties as assigned. Available for emergency situations during work hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Service field or working on degree
- Two years direct care experience in Human Services or equivalent
- Group Facilitation Skills
- Bi-lingual
- Valid drivers license/acceptable driving record
- Available for emergency situations during work hours
- Essential functions of this job are to be performed on company physical work site
