Job Summary
Optimize store routines and ensure readiness for customers while driving weekly sales campaigns and fostering a positive sales attitude. Lead and develop the team in collaboration with the Store Manager, promoting a "customer first" culture and encouraging additional sales. Demonstrate physical stamina by performing routine store tasks and guide the team toward achieving targets, even under pressure. This role supports the Store Manager in optimizing daily operations and building a motivated team within JYSK's international home furnishing retailer.
