Job Summary
As Vice Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate, train, and grow the store team, ensuring the best customer experience and sales results. You will oversee weekly campaigns, animate and drive the right sales attitude, and create a positive in-store environment. You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and coaching the team, promoting a customer-first culture, and leading by example in daily store activities. You will be ready to pursue the goal of becoming Store Manager and commit to achieving it, while developing and retaining staff, sustaining motivation, and handling stress to keep store performance on track.
