Job Summary
VP, Workplace AI Product Lead responsible for defining and executing the AI product strategy for employee experiences across Microsoft AI and frontier partners, translating the Employee Digital Experience North Star into scalable, governed AI-enabled products. Lead end-to-end product delivery across Copilot, conversational interfaces, agents, and automation, ensuring governance by design, risk/privacy controls, and measurable employee impact. Collaborate with Legal, Risk, HR, Information Security, and Digital Workplace stakeholders to embed controls, drive adoption, and scale AI solutions while maintaining governance, security and compliance across enterprise platforms. Drive cross-platform coherence, establish requirements, roadmaps, and KPIs; partner with external AI vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, usable, and value-driven AI experiences; mentor teams and establish repeatable processes for scaling.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise scale AI, digital workplace, or cloud products within complex global organizations
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft AI ecosystem, M365 Copilot, agent frameworks, and automation platforms; familiarity with frontier models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) strongly preferred
- Expertise in product management disciplines including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, lifecycle management, and cross functional stakeholder alignment
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable, governed product scenarios that scale across diverse business functions
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and privacy controls and how to embed them into product design (governance by design mindset)
- Experience partnering with Legal, Risk, HR, Architecture, and Security teams to launch compliant technology products
- Familiarity with Digital Workplace and SaaS governance principles, including platform onboarding, suitability assessment, and shadow IT mitigation
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills; ability to clearly articulate complex AI capabilities and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong vendor and partner management experience, including defining product requirements and influencing partner roadmaps
- Ability to lead teams, mentor talent, drive operational excellence, and create repeatable processes for scaling AI products
- Comfort operating in fast-evolving AI landscapes, with a bias for structured experimentation, innovation, and measurable value creation
