Job Summary
Lead HR business partner initiatives by consulting with senior business leaders to align human resource programs with enterprise strategies and drive key people initiatives. Manage a team of HR Business Partners to oversee Employee Relations, workplace policies, performance and talent management, including policy administration, regulatory compliance, and data reporting. Develop and execute HR programs while mentoring the team through training, coaching, and guidance to deepen organizational expertise. Balance strategic planning with real-time execution to ensure consistency across the company's goals, culture, and future requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 10+ years' progressive experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity
- 7+ years' experience managing people/ leading teams
- Thorough knowledge of federal/ state employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective management skills in talent selection, training, coaching, mentorship and performance management

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree
- Direct experience supporting diverse business functions
- Financial services industry experience
- Previous experience driving change within small to mid-size companies
- Prior experience leading policy development and process/ workflow reviews
- Depth of experience with HRIS platforms
- ADP/ UltiPro/ UKG HRIS experience
- Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong technical and financial acumen
