Job Summary
Vice President leading the U.S. Communications Controls Group within the U.S. Investment teams and marketing organization; responsible for design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and monitoring processes for marketing and communications; provides regulatory guidance on asset management marketing regulations (FINRA, SEC, OCC, DOL); collaborates with Audit, Legal/Compliance, Risk, and Controls Management; develops training; responds to regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations; stay current on industry trends and internal standards to improve effectiveness of the CCG.
