Manage the process for developing new business by maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying, and closing opportunities including cross-selling and effective job pitches. Lead the Cost Center team of 60+ professionals in delivering project management, cost management, and project controls consultancy services for pharmaceutical clients while ensuring compliance with business methodologies and client satisfaction. Oversee financial management by tracking margin levels, maintaining monthly fee and resource forecasts, and directing team use of Financial Management Systems for revenue, cost, and profit forecasting. Serve as a senior-level technical resource for project management, cost management, and project controls, providing expertise in life science sector cost validation, estimating, benchmarking, and data analytics. Direct work to ensure commissions meet contractual commitments and profit targets, while identifying and improving internal project and cost management systems, processes, and procedures.
