Job Summary
Lead treasury operations by managing liquidity, banking relationships, and capital deployment while executing debt covenant compliance and new policy implementations. Develop short- and long-term strategies to prioritize cash management initiatives and lead a team of financial professionals. Communicate cash management policies, identify strategic liquidity needs, and execute investment strategies within approved parameters. Manage hedging programs for foreign exchange, commodities, and interest rates while overseeing debt and derivative back office activities. Evaluate employees and processes to ensure efficient key deliverables and recommend continuous improvements. Work in a hybrid model onsite three days per week, reporting directly to the CFO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 10 years of experience in a financial management role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a high-performing Treasury Management team
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
- Expert capabilities in Excel
- Expert capabilities in PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership, financial, and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross functionally to drive business initiatives
- Ability to manage and develop key talent within the function
- Confident in dealing with all people at all levels up to and including the Board of Directors
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner across all functions and levels within and outside the organization on a global basis
- Executive presence, communication and relationship building skills necessary to address diverse audiences including Executive Management, Board Committees, Business Unit leadership teams, and Functional Lead Peers
- Effective communicator adept at translating and explaining technical treasury concepts to non-business personnel in non-technical terminology
- Driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility and ability to operate autonomously
- Creative and resourceful thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong character and integrity, values respect, accountability and continuous improvement
- Mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regals 80/20 principles
- Must be available for onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday)
- Flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday
