Job Summary
Develop and execute the corporate treasury strategy, oversee liquidity planning, and manage strategic banking relationships to optimize cash flow and funding. Lead financial risk management initiatives while evaluating financing solutions and supporting capital planning activities. Strengthen internal controls, drive treasury automation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all operations. Direct the treasury team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain financial stability and support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking
- 7+ years in a senior treasury leadership role
- Strong knowledge of corporate treasury management
- Strong knowledge of liquidity planning
- Strong knowledge of banking operations
- Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions
- Strong knowledge of treasury governance
- Strong knowledge of financial risk management
- Strong knowledge of working capital optimization
- Strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems/ERP platforms such as SAP Treasury, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle
- Proven executive leadership
- Proven stakeholder management
- Proven strategic planning
- Proven ability to build strong banking relationships
- Proven ability to lead high-performing treasury teams
