Job Summary
Partner with Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting automation, and operating efficiency. Lead development and execution of intraday liquidity and Financial Market Infrastructure stress testing frameworks, including assumptions, scenarios, and controls. Produce management reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders while allocating funding costs to lines of business to meet liquidity requirements. Conduct stress testing scenarios, assess results, and translate firmwide priorities into actionable monitoring and escalation processes. Support regulatory, audit, and internal governance requests through strong documentation and control discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Liquidity regulatory reporting, including but not limited to: Regulation YY, Liquidity Stress Testing (LST), FR2052a, LCR & NSFR, RLAP, RLEN
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics
- MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA
- Expert in intraday liquidity management practices and stress scenario design
- Familiarity with clearing and settlement flow at various settlement locations
- Experience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, capital management and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and basic knowledge of SQL and python coding skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business insights
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions and manage relationships with a broad set of stakeholders
- Experience supporting governance, regulatory, audit, or control-related activities
