Job Summary
Build and strengthen relationships with transportation agencies, public-sector clients, and industry partners. Identify growth opportunities and lead capture strategies for major transportation pursuits while expanding Techno's presence throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia region. Partner with leadership to align business development efforts with firm capabilities and strategic goals. Monitor transportation funding, procurement pipelines, and market trends. Represent the firm at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities. Support client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships. This executive-level role requires a relationship-builder and market strategist with established connections to agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or a related field
- Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth within transportation or infrastructure
- Established relationships with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority
- Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting
- Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
