Job Summary
Own and drive the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities and business objectives. In partnership with the CTO, lead the AI transformation agenda across the company. Translate transformation initiatives into defined workstreams, accountable owners, timelines, success metrics, and measurable outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve operating models, processes, systems, tooling, and decision-making frameworks. Drive organizational change management to ensure initiatives are adopted and embedded into ways of working. Partner with functional leaders to drive high-priority initiatives and establish a disciplined operating cadence for progress tracking. Build alignment across teams by facilitating effective collaboration and influence cross-functional accountability. Create visibility into transformation progress, risks, and dependencies. Evaluate current ways of working to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and decision-making. Required Qualifications
- Has successfully led enterprise transformation at a high-growth, complex, or scaling organization in a relevant industry
- Preference for combination of consulting and in-house experience
- Strong operator with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy development and execution
- Deeply curious about AI and genuinely excited about how AI can transform business operations and ways of working
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale change management and organizational adoption
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back across functions, and making difficult prioritization decisions
- Experienced influencing senior executives and driving outcomes through collaboration and alignment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
