Job Summary
The Vice President, Transformation drives execution of URUS’ top enterprise initiatives aligned to the URUS 2030 strategy and successful M&A integrations. As central leader for enterprise execution, the role sets standards for how work is done across URUS, bridging strategy, operations, and change, and leads a federated model with dotted-line oversight of project and program managers to ensure consistent delivery and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include orchestrating enterprise strategy execution, leading end-to-end post-merger integrations across people, operations, technology, and governance, establishing governance and execution discipline, and providing leadership that aligns executive leadership and accelerates delivery. The role requires shaping a practical, scalable execution approach, translating strategy into actionable programs, and maintaining accountability across cross-functional initiatives while partnering with finance, FP&A, and senior leaders to realize value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred, but not required
- Executive-level experience leading enterprise transformations, large-scale programs, or strategy execution in a global, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success translating strategy into action and delivering measurable outcomes
- Deep experience with M&A integrations, including value capture and cross-functional coordination
- Strong ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority
- Experience leading or scaling program management capabilities, including operating models and governance structures
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align senior leaders
- Comfort “rolling up sleeves” to directly support high-priority initiatives or integrations when needed
- Strong judgment, resilience, and ability to navigate ambiguity and change
- Strong financial and business acumen to evaluate trade-offs, priorities, and value realization
- Leadership Profile - practical execution-focused mindset, ability to balance structure and flexibility, exceptional communicator
