Job Summary
Vice President, Trade Capture to join our team in Lake Mary, overseeing ETF processing and end-to-end trade capture lifecycle. The role emphasizes risk management, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance; leading incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation; delivering an automation and AI roadmap for Instruction Capture; reducing manual dependency while improving throughput, quality, and scalability; partnering with Product, Technology, and AI teams to implement enterprise-ready solutions; and leading a large regional team with a focus on AI-enabled process improvements, standardization, and data-driven decision-making. Key outcomes include measurable improvements in error reduction, faster turnaround times, and capacity release across regions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations
- Deep expertise in Instruction Capture, Trade Capture, or related operational domains
- Strong experience across Trade Capture / Instruction Capture in Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
- Front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, from execution through capture, enrichment, and downstream processing
- ETF trade lifecycle, including orders, baskets, NAV impact, and processing flows
- Demonstrated success in Delivering automation and AI initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to lead regionally while influencing stakeholders globally
