Job Summary
The Vice President, Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic design, governance, and execution of global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This senior executive role leads the Total Rewards strategy, partnering with executive leadership to align rewards with company culture and business objectives. The position entails oversight of executive compensation, equity and incentive programs, and health and well-being benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep expertise in the biotech industry's compensation landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- 15+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Expert knowledge of employment and benefits regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similarly regulated industries
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity programs, and compensation governance
- Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, SPHR
