Job Summary
Vice President, Tire & Aftermarket Growth leads the tire-led aftermarket growth strategy for Sonsio, defining the strategy, operating model, and cross-functional alignment to scale the Tire & Mechanical programs. Responsibilities include designing a tire-led growth roadmap, go-to-market by customer tier, owning account segmentation, ensuring CRM/Salesforce-driven growth systems, driving data-driven decision making, and reducing reliance on heroics through standardization and program enablement. Build and lead a lean, high-impact team, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Claims, Legal, IT, and Marketing, and manage partner relationships and channel growth while targeting annual sales achievement. Travel up to 50–70% is required; the role emphasizes strategic growth leadership, program design, and organizational change management within the automotive aftermarket domain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry
- Demonstrated success building or scaling businesses in constrained or competitive channels
- Proven experience leading organizational change, aligning cross-functional teams, and modernizing operating models in complex or legacy environments
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and redesign operating models
- Strong strategic and analytical leadership capabilities
- Strong internal operator with comfort in systems, process, and cross-functional environments
- Experience leveraging CRM, reporting, and technology to drive growth and accountability
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
