Vice President, The Kings Inn Family Shelter

Oversee all program operations at The Kings Inn Family Shelter, ensuring compliance with CAMBA and funder policies while managing direct reporting staff and their subordinates. Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to maintain high service delivery standards, conduct client and program progress reviews, and analyze demographic data to drive programmatic improvements. Direct and coordinate the hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions of shelter staff, prepare performance appraisals, and ensure accurate data integrity through electronic database oversight. Liaise with community leaders to build support, resolve client and staff complaints, and manage vendor relationships for food, medical, and laundry services. Develop crisis prevention strategies, organize training opportunities, and ensure the site meets all regulatory compliance requirements including health, DHS, and fire department standards. Address gaps in shelter services proactively and maintain monthly/quarterly/annual housing goals and performance outcomes.
