Job Summary
Senior technology leader responsible for owning and stabilizing the US technology ecosystem (Salesforce, client-facing platforms, core business apps, collaboration tools), driving operational reliability, change management, and strategic alignment with executive leadership. Focus areas include platform administration, vendor governance, data and AI enablement, security, and cross-functional delivery to support business growth and customer outcomes. Emphasizes leadership of distributed teams, governance, and opportunities to leverage automation and AI for efficiency and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology operations, platform management, engineering leadership, or related technology leadership roles
- Proven experience managing complex technology ecosystems including Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving applications, infrastructure, data, and security
- Strong understanding of operational technology governance, vendor management, and service delivery practices
- Experience partnering with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage delivery across internal, shared, and external resources
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
