Vice President, Tech Lead - PGIM Private Credit (Hybrid - Newark, NJ)

Vice President, Tech Lead within PGIM Private Credit (Hybrid – Newark, NJ) will blend hands-on technical leadership with development management. You will develop architectural patterns, guidelines, and methods to manage data assets across the data life cycle, design and develop efficient BI solutions aligned with IT and data strategy, and mentor junior resources. You’ll build and maintain relationships with IT and business partners, act as the technical expert for BI and Data Modeling technologies, guide best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root-cause analysis. Applicants should bring extensive data warehousing design and ETL experience, expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization, SSIS, SSRS), and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, with Azure/Microsoft Fabric knowledge viewed favorably. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required, and the role benefits from a strong financial services background.
