Job Summary
Executive-level leadership role focused on overseeing and executing large-scale implementations within DBS Global Transaction Services (GTS) for Cash & Trade, Securities Services, and Fiduciary Services. Key duties include managing the Implementation Team, delivering individual mandates for major client relationships, conducting productivity and revenue MIS analyses, reducing turnaround times, integrating digital solutions with client ERP systems for straight-through processing, providing client training and troubleshooting, evaluating technology vendors, and establishing DBS’s profile in Cash/Trade/SFS services in India. Requires strong team and project management capabilities, excellent communication, and deep understanding of cash management and trade finance processes with the ability to drive delivery, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support growth initiatives across Asia. Location: Mumbai, India.
