Vice President - TCoE Analytics Solutions Manager

Vice President – TCoE Analytics Solutions Manager responsible for leading a data & analytics team to deliver analytical and automation solutions for Compliance Testing across lines of business, building an analytics library, and supporting a citizen developer program. Key duties include program management and delivery ownership of projects for the Control Testing center of excellence, managing a team of analytics professionals, handling data extractions and development of dashboards, automated reports, and ML solution deployments, collaborating with AI/ML governance to train and deploy models, delivering business insights to strengthen risk controls, maintaining stakeholder engagement across the TCoE, and expanding the analytics toolkit with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos, Python, ThoughtSpot, and UiPath. Required qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics and Automation and 12-15 years of experience in automation and analytics, with experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager a plus and preference for experience in Audit/Testing/Compliance or risk management. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are emphasized.
