Job Summary
The Vice President, Tax Specialist, will provide wealth planning services, including Canadian tax and Cross Border (U.S.) tax guidance, to Investment Advisors and their high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings, leading seminars on Tax & Estate Planning, developing complex wealth planning strategies, collaborating with clients’ professional advisors, and assisting in quality assurance for the Tax & Estate Planning Group. Candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tax-related strategies. A Professional Accounting Designation (CA, CPA, CGA, CMA) or a tax-oriented L.L.B. is required.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Able to interact effectively with other executives and professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
