Vice President, Talent & Performance Management

Job Summary
Lead the enterprise Talent & Performance Management function to design, govern, and evolve the organization’s talent ecosystem in support of business strategies and growth. Drive analytics and KPI-based insights to tie talent, skills, and performance to business results; oversee skills intelligence, governance, and the integration of critical skills into job architecture and workforce planning. Design and execute enterprise performance management strategies and tools to enable high-quality, differentiated leadership development and performance conversations. Build and sustain enterprise talent pipelines, succession planning, and internal development programs, leveraging AI-enabled analytics and technology to improve speed, quality, and predictive power of workforce decisions. Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent priorities, ensuring leadership capability, readiness, and pipelines for enterprise-critical roles, while embedding Comcast leadership behaviors and culture into day-to-day talent decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, or related enterprise HR leadership roles
- Demonstrated success designing, leading, and executing integrated, enterprise-scale talent systems connecting skills, performance, succession, and development
- Deep expertise in skills intelligence, workforce segmentation, and talent assessment methodologies
- Proven experience evolving and executing performance management strategies and tools to improve quality, fairness, accountability, and development impact
- Strong track record of building robust succession plans and internal talent pipelines for critical roles
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent priorities and actionable workforce decisions
