Job Summary
Vice President of Talent Acquisition leads end-to-end enterprise talent acquisition strategy across client groups, designing and delivering differentiated hiring models, building proactive sourcing engines, and leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality of hire and candidate experience. Responsible for aligning hiring priorities with business strategy, managing enterprise-scale recruiting operations, and partnering with HR leadership to create an inclusive, high-performance talent ecosystem across high-volume, professional, and early-career populations. Demonstrates strong executive presence, influences senior leaders, and drives globalization/standardization of recruiting processes while maintaining a focus on workforce readiness and long-term growth.
