Job Summary

Develop and execute the company's systems engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap while building and leading a high-performing global systems engineering organization. Establish standards, methodologies, and tools across all product categories to drive organizational maturity in systems thinking, architecture, and requirements management. Serve as the senior technical authority for complex cross-functional product development programs, leading the creation of product system architectures and ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical requirements. Oversee system-level verification, validation, and reliability strategies to ensure products meet functional, performance, and safety standards while reducing development risk. Recruit, develop, and mentor world-class talent to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience
  • 10+ years leading complex multidisciplinary product development programs
  • Significant experience in consumer products, consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, connected devices, or related industries
  • Proven experience leading large technical organizations and managing senior engineering leaders
  • Demonstrated success delivering products from concept through commercialization
  • Systems architecture and product platform development
  • Requirements engineering and traceability
  • Verification and validation methodologies
  • Reliability engineering and risk management
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Embedded systems, software-enabled products, and connected ecosystems
  • Mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing integration
  • Product lifecycle management and engineering governance

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced technical or business degree (MBA, PhD)
