Job Summary
Senior Vice President, SWAT Team within CCB Risk India leading end-to-end risk analytics projects, driving advanced analytics, data engineering, and risk-reduction initiatives; collaborates with cross-functional teams across Cards, Auto, Home Lending, and Business Banking; provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analytics professionals; sets team objectives and fosters a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- MS or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience in risk management or quantitative analysis. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and work effectively in evolving environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conceptualizing and executing analytics-driven projects.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across departments and functions.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management policies, control processes, metrics, and strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Technical Skills: Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including graphs, charts, and formulas).
