Job Summary
Lead procurement, category optimization, and sourcing efforts for Sodexo and affiliates in Canada. Strategically develop three-year plans for Supply covering Onsite and Entegra businesses, leveraging North American volume to identify synergies and new category opportunities. Manage supplier development, negotiations, and bid administration while ensuring strict compliance with government requirements. Execute the Strategic Sourcing process through e-procurement tools, monitor metrics to improve supplier performance on price, delivery, and quality, and support the Global Sourcing group. Foster a coordinated category management strategy across Sodexo North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' or Master degree in business, logistics or supply management
- At least 10-15 years progressive experience in a leadership role in supply management
- Demonstrated people leadership skills
- Proven successful experience in vendor management, category management across a large and complex scope
- Proven track-record in leading change, effectively inspiring innovation and setting a high bar on excellence
- Balance of strategic, big picture thinking with demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Unquestionable work ethics and integrity
- Fluent English is required
