Job Summary
Lead high-level structural engineering efforts for building and infrastructure projects within the Property & Buildings team. Apply advanced structural techniques across concept development through construction, oversee design coordination with owners, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients, prepare data-rich reports and visualizations, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC to deliver durable, safe structures and solutions for complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of post-education experience in engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer license required
- Proficient with structural engineering principles and design/build processes
- Experience with ETABS or RAM, BIM, and technical writing
