Job Summary
Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of strategic partners, driving performance and growth across new and existing relationships. Develop and execute loyalty and engagement strategies with Chase credit card's most strategic partners by collaborating with Corporate Development, Marketing, and Finance. Lead cross-functional coordination across Chase Card, Connected Commerce, and other lines of business to identify opportunities and deliver differentiated value for cardmembers. Shape partner benefit strategy within the Consumer & Community Banking group while managing complex initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA, with a strong interest in strategy and financial analysis
- Must have partnership management and / or strategic alliance development experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities; strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, understanding and communication performance and financial data to executive audiences
- Demonstrates strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and creative problem solving with the ability to set strategy and influence decisions
