Job Summary
Lead cross-functional deal teams through all stages of the M&A process, from due diligence through deal close and post-close integration, with accountability for financial, strategic and integration outcomes. Oversee a long-term consolidated forecast model and advise on refinancing and scenario planning. Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to inform key business decisions; support debt covenant compliance and lender activity tracking; and assist the executive team with Board-level quarterly reporting and analyses. Requires senior finance leadership experience, strong modeling/valuation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects autonomously across the M&A lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of relevant work experience
- Significant expertise with operating and financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly and develop analytical frameworks
- Experience leading in all aspects of the M&A process with progressively increasing responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, visual and written, and attention to detail
