Job Summary
Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting and Value Engineering strategy, partnering with Sales Leadership to improve sales effectiveness and maximize win rates. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management while matching subject matter experts to strategic opportunities. Refine demonstration messaging, establish organizational best practices, and automate reporting to drive operational efficiency and productivity across North America. Manage the RFX/Proposal team to deliver compelling sales proposals and contribute to the Value Engineering ecosystem. This role influences go-to-market strategy and helps customers understand measurable business value within Duck Creek's SaaS platform for property and casualty insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, or implementing enterprise software solutions at a senior / VP level
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and how technology enables digital transformation
- Experience developing strategies that influence executive leadership and organisational direction
- Demonstrated success scaling, developing, and leading Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Significant experience in P&C consulting, executive value selling, value engineering, or corporate strategy and transformation
- Excellent executive communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Travel: 10–25%
- Legally authorised to work in the country where the role is based
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous consulting experience or involvement in implementing core software platforms within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
