Job Summary
Lead and shape social strategy for The Infatuation across markets; manage a team of Social Media Managers, define cross-functional collaboration with Editorial, Marketing, and Creative; develop and implement social content strategies aligned with brand goals; mentor teams, localized content, and streamline workflows; monitor reporting metrics to optimize engagement and growth; ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across platforms, stay current on emerging trends, and collaborate to drive audience expansion. Must be able to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in social, marketing, or dining roles
- 3+ years leading and managing teams
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills; experience with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience building brands on Instagram and TikTok, tracking conversions and growth goals
- Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and comfortable with tight timelines and tools like Asana and Dropbox
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand identity and voice
- Ability to tailor strategies to geographic-based consumer segments
- Willingness to travel as needed
