Job Summary

Own commercial relationships across a multi-million-dollar portfolio of strategic Public Healthcare Growth accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and long-term client growth. Develop and execute commercial account strategies that deepen partnerships while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as strategic advisors. Lead and develop Managers responsible for multiple client service teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and commercial excellence. Oversee performance management across teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Technology leadership to launch new products and strategic initiatives. This global leadership role oversees U.S. and Europe teams with regular travel to key hubs, reporting to senior leadership to define commercial strategy for one of GLG's fastest-growing segments.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing strategic client relationships, enterprise accounts, or commercial portfolios
  • Demonstrated success leading revenue growth, renewals, and account expansion within complex client organizations
  • Proven people leader with 5+ years of experience developing managers and building high-performing teams
  • Experience in client service, account management, customer success, consulting, healthcare, financial services, or related industries
  • Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients and executive stakeholders
  • Strong track record of leading organizational change while improving commercial and operational outcomes
  • Experience developing strategic account plans and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organization
  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and talent development skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences while developing engaged, high-performing teams
  • Comfortable traveling regularly to key GLG offices and client hubs, including New York, London, Boston, and San Francisco
