Job Summary
Vice President, Senior Loan Agency Specialist role in Dublin within BNY's Corporate Trust team. Responsible for managing an agency portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loans; administering loan activities (advances, rollovers, payments pricing, fees); interpreting loan agreements; providing training and operational support to team members; identifying and managing risks; handling complex external escalations; coordinating work within a team; communicating needs with internal teams and external clients; supporting business programs and process improvements to drive operational efficiencies; leveraging deep loan-system knowledge to devise permanent solutions; assisting the manager with strategic plans.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably degree education and/or industry qualifications
- 7+ years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial banking experience
- Experience with Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred
- Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert and coordinating the work of others.
