Job Summary
Vice President, Scrum Leader responsible for establishing and maintaining Scrum practices, removing impediments, coaching teams in self-management and cross-functionality, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and supporting Product Owners in backlog management and empirical planning to drive high-value increments aligned with the Definition of Done. Requires experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams on large initiatives and knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, Spotify), proficiency with Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, automated testing, pairing, Agile Games), and experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving, and change-driving skills; preferred certifications include CSM, PSM, and SAFe SSM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
