Job Summary
Vice President, Scrum Leader for the FUND AND IS CLIENT PLATFORM team in Pune. Champion agile methodologies within the Scrum team, providing guidance to the team and product owner to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, promoting transparency and open dialogue. Address all facets of the agile development process to ensure alignment and effective execution of project goals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Support agile transformation initiatives within the organization by aligning team efforts with strategic pillars and principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred
- 10 -14 years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support Scrum teams
- Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success and team improvement
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
