Job Summary
Vice President, Sales leads strategic market insights and partnerships to drive growth for Tokio Marine HCC Stop Loss. The role manages an assigned territory through outside sales to TPAs and Brokers, develops and implements marketing strategies, negotiates fees to close new and renewal business, maintains client relationships, and collaborates with Claims, Marketing, and internal sales teams to expand the book of business. The position requires leadership experience, strong communication, market analysis, and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to industry trends; a hybrid work schedule is available in Georgia with on-site and remote components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8 years relevant and progressive experience in area of specialization
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Superior organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the Company's business
