Job Summary
Vice President, Sales Strategy for JPMorgan Private Client responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, defining priorities with senior leaders, delivering high-quality executive presentations, and managing end-to-end projects to drive readiness, effectiveness, and growth in the affluent banking business. The role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the ability to optimize sales workflows. Preferred experience includes wealth management or financially related services, independent work ethic, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups. Key duties include partnering with senior leaders to align resources, delivering strategic insights, maintaining internal resources/documentation, and providing actionable recommendations to inform sales strategy decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a sales strategy, analytical, or business management role
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
