Job Summary

Vice President of Clinical Sales to lead growth by selling clinical solutions to U.S. health plans across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid, driving pipeline, revenue closure, and executive-level engagements with CMOs and VP-level healthcare leaders. Role requires articulating clinical value propositions tied to medical cost reduction, quality improvement, and member/provider experience; partnering with clinical practice to shape account strategies; leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits for Utilization Management,Care Management, Population Health, and related services; supporting marketing with market indicators; and maintaining executive presence at client meetings and industry forums.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferable MBA/healthcare management)
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with a strong foundation in payer clinical operations
  • 5+ years in clinical solution /product sales, consulting, or growth leadership serving U.S. health plans
  • Proven success selling or supporting sales of UM, CM, population health, or clinical outsourcing solutions
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Direct experience engaging payer executives and leading complex sales cycles under CMO/VP roles
  • Proficient in PC applications: SalesForce, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
