Job Summary
Executive-level VP of Sales role overseeing the New England region (MH/NH/RI/CT/ME) with responsibility to lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, set and achieve aggressive revenue targets, shape multi-line GTM strategies, monitor pipeline and forecast accuracy in SFDC, manage budget and travel expenses, and collaborate with executives to drive growth across products and services in IT. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of senior sales leadership), proven track record in IT sales leadership, broad network of customers/partners, and ability to travel to customer/partner locations and offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or > 10 years of successful performance in sales leadership roles in the IT industry
- Track record of leading teams to achieve consistent growth in products and services
- Strong network of customers and partners
- Demonstrated implementation of effective sales methodologies and governance
- Experience driving new MRR growth – managed services, cloud services, carrier services, and recurring PS
- Ability to travel to customer/partner locations and Blue Mantis offices; valid driver's license or reliable transportation
