Job Summary
Vice President of Sales to join Front Row’s Amazon Marketplace Growth team as an individual contributor focused on closing new business and developing long-term client relationships. The role owns a pipeline sourced via outbound, inbound, and referrals, guides prospects through Amazon model types (1P, 3P, Distro) with tailored growth narratives, educates brands on Front Row’s capabilities, and collaborates with Lead Gen, Demand Gen, Marketing, Strategy, Solutions, Proposals, and Client Services to drive deals. Responsibilities include leading discovery, shaping pitches, coordinating cross-functional inputs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing onboarding handoff. Requirements emphasize strategic selling, experience managing large opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and senior-level stakeholder engagement. Bonus if familiar with Beauty, Wellness, Supplements, Pet, or Household CPG; location is remote or NYC hybrid.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in leading consultative sales in agency, consultancy, SaaS, Enterprise Sales, or Amazon-focused environments
- Experience closing complex large and mid-sized brand opportunities typically $5-50M topline revenue
- Ability to lead discovery, shape pitch strategy, and own commercial conversations with cross-functional partners
- Experience selling to multiple C-suite stakeholders in a campaign at a time
- Strong pipeline hygiene, follow-up, and multi-threaded sales process management
- Bonus: experience selling into Beauty, Wellness, Supplements, Pet, or Household CPG
