Job Summary
Vice President, Sales Enablement leading the strategy to equip sales teams for growth, building scalable onboarding and training programs, delivering high-impact content and playbooks, and optimizing tools and processes. Collaborates with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to align enablement with go-to-market priorities and client needs; defines and executes enablement strategy; organizes and governs sales content (Seismic); measures adoption and pipeline impact; advises sales leadership on process improvements; fosters accountability and continuous learning; stays current on best practices and emerging technologies to drive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles in media, advertising, technology, or financial services
- Proven ability to design and deliver enablement programs that improve sales performance at scale
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and experience with customer relationship management and enablement tools
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into priorities, actions, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
