Job Summary
Global analytics role developing scalable Tableau dashboards and reports for Bank of America’s Global Payments Solutions (GPS), based in APAC (Singapore) and extending insights across EMEA and LATAM. Independently build and enhance dashboards, perform data analysis to define key metrics, work with large data sets using SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau/BI, translate complex requirements into repeatable solutions, and partner with global stakeholders to align on governance and deliver regional context with global standards. Experience with Salesforce CRM, familiarity with banking structures, and strong stakeholder communication are required to drive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across regions.
