Job Summary
Vice President of Sales for the North America region responsible for delivering top-line revenue and growth across Connectivity and Products, including Wireless, Electrical/Electronics, Field Testing, Softlines, Hardlines, Paper/Packaging, Flammability, and Filtration. Defines sales strategy, develops annual sales plans, provides forecasting, targets new customers and opportunities, leads day-to-day sales operations, maintains customer relationships and contracts, manages budgets, territories, KPIs/metrics, and cross-sells with other SGS lines. Plans and attends industry events, drives cross-functional collaboration, and leads a high-performance sales team to achieve sustainable growth. Requires a B.S./B.A. and 10+ years of experience in a laboratory testing environment, strong strategic, communication, and leadership skills, and ability to manage complex opportunities across multiple product categories.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in relevant area of study
- 10+ years of experience in a testing laboratory setting, preferably with Electronic/Electrical products, Softlines, Hardlines, Paper/Packaging, Flammability, or Filtration
