Job Summary
Vice President, Sales and Distribution leads global sales and distribution strategies, expands the distributor network, and manages relationships with clients and distribution partners. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies and communications for distributor markets, executing sales plans and promotional programs, analyzing market trends and pricing, onboarding and mentoring new hires, leading an international salesforce, and traveling 50-60% to support with key accounts and market opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, life sciences or related field
- A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible sales management experience; including managing and developing third party distributors
- A minimum of seven years of supervisory experience
