Job Summary

Lead a portfolio of Risk & Reporting workstreams, setting platform standards for strategy-level track records (TWR, MWR, IRR, MOIC) and managing review of investment performance outputs across Oaktree's closed-end, open-end, and evergreen strategies. Own the operating model for reporting workflows, including strategy summaries, exposure reports, and bespoke client templates, while establishing governance for benchmark analyses and quarterly fair-value controls. Drive the automation roadmap using SQL, Python, and Power BI to build semantic-model-ready reporting assets in Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data quality and production resilience. Manage senior stakeholder relationships with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, and IT to deliver accurate investor data packs and LP reporting, while leading team staffing, capacity planning, and manager development for the Hyderabad-based team.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years at an asset management firm, investment bank, fund administrator, or other financial services company
  • deep expertise in alternative investments, investment reporting, or portfolio analytics
  • Authoritative knowledge of return and performance concepts, including TWR, MWR, IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, exposure, attribution, benchmark, and investor-reporting outputs across closed-end, open-end or evergreen strategies
  • Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, Power BI, and modern reporting platforms
