Vice President, Revenue Operations (Remote)

Own the end-to-end Salesforce platform as the business's core commercial system, ensuring strong governance, delivery, and adoption across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Lead the Salesforce organization and establish it as the single source of truth for customer, pipeline, and revenue data. Own and standardize quote-to-revenue processes, including Deal Desk, pricing, discounting, and approval frameworks, while driving improvements in cycle time and execution consistency. Govern forecasting methodology and pipeline standards to create a trusted model used by Sales and Finance. Ensure operational alignment across pipeline, billing, and revenue realization with Finance and Global Financial Services to minimize leakage and ensure compliance. Lead global standardization of systems and commercial processes, driving change management and operating discipline across a matrixed organization. Prioritize high-impact improvements in forecasting, pipeline management, and the GTM technology stack. Establish a unified forecasting model and stabilize quote-to-revenue processes within the first 12 months to enable automation.
