Vice President, Regulatory Affairs – ELMAC

Lead regulatory affairs across ELMAC (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa & Canada) as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, setting strategic regulatory direction and ensuring compliant, innovative strategies that accelerate patient access and support enterprise growth. Define and drive regional regulatory strategy, submissions, health authority engagement, and portfolio execution to enable timely development and market access. Build and lead a modern regulatory organization, drive enterprise alignment, and partner with country leadership to support local objectives. Champion innovation by applying automation, advanced analytics, and real-world evidence, while strengthening quality, operational excellence, and external engagement with authorities and industry groups. Expectation includes guiding cross-functional teams within a complex, multi-national matrix structure and delivering high-impact regulatory outcomes across multiple regions.
