Job Summary
The Vice President, Real World Data & Evidence (RWD&E) leads strategy, execution, and external representation of NCCT’s RWD&E initiatives within Advocate Health. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, overseeing study designs and data resources (EHR, claims, registries), ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance, driving data governance, and leveraging advanced analytics (AI/ML) to expand offerings. The role requires leadership across departments, collaboration with sponsors and regulators, and the ability to translate data strategy into scalable, high-impact clinical research initiatives. Qualifications emphasize strong leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in RWD sources, analytics, and privacy laws; a bachelor’s degree is required with advanced degrees strongly preferred. This is a full-time, senior-level leadership role based in Charlotte, NC with responsibilities spanning portfolio management, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
