Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in retail real estate, leasing, or store development within a national or regional organization
- Proven track record of executing high-volume transactions and leading complex deal negotiations
- Strong understanding of mall and street retail environments across diverse markets
- Demonstrated success developing and executing market-level real estate strategies
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to evaluate site performance and deal structures
- Ability to influence and partner effectively across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Established relationships within the landlord and brokerage community preferred
